We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your game to contact us about a refund.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you've played the game and weren't happy with your experience, get in touch and let us know what went wrong — we'll do our best to make it right, including issuing a full refund where appropriate.
2. Unused Games
If you haven't yet played the game, you're eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, simply contact us with your order details. We'll process your refund as quickly as possible.
4. Processing
If your refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
5. Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Games that have already been completed
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Games purchased using gift cards
- Unused codes purchased as part of a corporate or team event package — these purchases are planned and allocated specifically for your group, so we're unable to offer refunds on unused licences once issued
